Bright and acidic with a white sugar-like sweetness and delicate floral aroma. Ripe plum carries the front of the palate, giving way to a crisp finish with notes of black tea and melon. Really really tasty coffee here; a perfect introduction to what I’m looking to do with Lunaire.

Tips for brewing

Grind a bit coarse and don't be afraid of a slightly faster brew. These delicate washed coffees don't need a super high extraction to shine.
